Check-In on Sunday January 19, 2025.
Check-Out on morning of Friday January 24, 2025.
For making your travel plans, the scientific sessions will be Monday morning through Thursday evening. The only activity on Sunday will be an evening reception and poster preview. The only activity on Friday will be breakfast.
Your hotel rooms will be booked for you. If you need extra nights beyond these dates, then you can select to add nights below.
If your travel plans are different than January 19 - 24th, or if your travel dates change after you register, then please contact Sarah Van Heusen at [email protected] to notify her so she can modify your hotel reservations.
You can add a guest to your single or double room using the Guest registration website.

Conference registration includes receptions on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings; coffee breaks; and three meals daily from Monday morning through Friday morning, except Wednesday dinner will not be provided.
Wednesday afternoon and evening will be free for meeting attendees to explore Charleston on their own or as part of paid excursions.

BLAST meetings are designed to support development of trainees and junior faculty. We request the following demographic information for use in evaluating BLAST XVII, as well as planning and fundraising for future BLAST meetings. Demographic data about meeting attendees will only be used in aggregate form.
