Check-Out on morning of Friday January 24, 2025.
Guests of paid BLAST participants are welcome to join us for all meals, evening poster sessions, Wednesday excursions, and the Thursday evening reception. Guests will not be admitted to the Monday afternoon trainee mixer or the scientific sessions.
For making your travel plans, the scientific sessions will be Monday morning through Thursday evening. The only activities on Sunday will be an evening reception and poster previews. The only activity on Friday will be breakfast.
Your hotel rooms will be booked for you. If you need extra nights beyond these dates, then you can select to add nights below.
If your travel plans are different than January 19 - 24th, or if your travel dates change after you register, then please contact Sarah Van Heusen at [email protected] to notify her so she can modify your hotel reservations.

Child Guest 5 to 12 years old with Scientist. $367 (This price for Child Guest is reflective of access to the Kids Fiesta Club and is per our contract. We cannot opt out of access to the Kids Fiesta Club.)

Adult prices listed below are the total cost for a room occupied by two adults. The guest should pay for extra night(s) during their registration here for themselves and the BLAST scientist. There are too many possible combinations to list on the registration page for BLAST scientists.
Child prices per night are independent of adult prices.
